Iceland and Baltic
Is there anyone that knows if there is any F3A activity in Iceland or the baltic countries? Every championship they are invited but I have never heard if there has been any response. I’m just curious

F3A team Finland has been contacted by Estonian F3A people. We are going to have a pattern judging and training course in Viljandi Estonia on 28.-29. of April.
There has been some interest in Latvia to participate in the happening. I can email a link to this discussion for the contact person.
For the Jämijärvi Nordic Championships 2003 I tried to contact some pattern interested people in Iceland, but I didn't get any reply about the competition participation. The Finnish NAC sent the NC 2003 bulletins to the Iceland NAC, but I didn't hear that they responded in any way...

vet det var en som hadde noen poster på RCU for en tid tilbake som var fra Island.
han bygget en Typoon var det tror jeg!
Men om det er noe organisert miljø der oppe vet jeg ikke , du kan kanskje lete etter han der om PM han!

It is good to hear that there is some activity also in these countries. Let’s hope that they find the interest and motivation to participate at the NC, as it would be nice to meet them.
Who wouldn’t like a future Nordic championship held in iceland

Judging and training course was completed last weekend and there were over 20 partisipants in the judging sessions. On sunday a F3A Sport -competition was arranged and there were 6 Estonian partisipants. Four of the judges were from Estonia and one from Finland.
I have heard that 4-5 hobbyists from Estonia are going to partisipate in the seasons first F3A competiton in Finland in two weeks. The competition will be held on May 19.-20.th in Paattinen model airfield in Åbo (Turku).
